But, my bestfriend and I use the phrase a lot to make ourself comfortable with our feelings. Well, actually he is the one who use the phrase so many times to remind me that it really is OK to feel good.
I said sorry everytime I ask him to do me a favor, and he always said that it's fine, he really likes to help and I don't need to feel so sorry about it. What's so bad about feeling good?
